Lots of Catching Up

Boy it has been a long time since I have posted to my blog. Well to catch you up on what has been going on here is a list in no particular order:

1. In March I help run the Red Diamond Vulcan Cup. 2 Weekends of sitting in front of the computer and answering the phone. See any good soccer you ask. Not me. I stay at the Birmingham Marriott and work from 6:00 to can't. You got that right. No soccer watching for me, but we did have some teams that has really good games. From what I hear from everyone else the soccer matches were great. Anyway, I hope all the players, parents and friends had a good time in Birmingham during March.

2. In April we finally got M house on the market. We are praying for a quick sale, but in these times you never know. God is in control.

3. We have been decorating our new house. I will try to post some pictures soon.

4. We spent a few days at the beach in early May. It sure was nice to get away. Saw my brother K and spent time with my Grand P and M.

Now on to other things. How are you doing on your memory verses. I am working on Phil 4:4-8 this time and I am having a difficult time with verse 8. I just can't seem to get the whatever's in order. So here it is: Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable - if anything is excellent or praiseworthy- think on such things.
